Şafak Küçüksezer, member of Bosphorus Jazz Choir and TKP, was injured from his head with a tear gas canister yesterday. Şafak’s situation is improving.

Şafak Küçüksezer was hit by a tear gas canister during the incidents taking place on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. Şafak  was taken to theGöztepe Training and Research Hospital. It is reported that his situation is improving. Doctors stated that an operation won’t be needed, barring unexpected circumstances.

The bleeding, which occurred between Şafak’s brain membrane and his skull, is expected to stop. Since the tear gas canister hit an area close to the ear, it was reported that there might be the possibility of a small amount of loss of hearing.

Şafak Küçüksezer, member of Bosphorus Jazz Choir and TKP, was hit by a tear gas cannister in an action that took place on the Anatolian side. It was said, being taken to Göztepe Training and Research Hospital, Şafak is getting better. Unless there is an extraordinary situation, there will be no need for an operation, the doctors mentioned.
